Meet Our Founder, Tim “Master T.O.” Oxendine. Sole owner, CEO, and the creative force behind Black Belt Enterprise— Tim has spent three decades proving that discipline, precision, and first-class hospitality can ride comfortably in the same limousine. After co-owning a successful transportation company since 1994, Tim launched Black Belt Enterprise to weave even more value into every mile: luxury sedans and limos, valet parking, DJ entertainment, and unforgettable celebrity impersonator appearances.

A fifth-degree karate master (with black belts in three distinct styles) and seasoned bodyguard, Tim brings the focus and adaptability of martial arts to every facet of the business. Headquartered in the Raleigh–Durham–Chapel Hill–Cary–Greensboro corridor, his team now serves clients all along the East Coast—delivering safety, style, and the kind of confidence that only a true “Black Belt” approach can provide.
